We are so looking forward to welcoming you to The Reset Room Retreat.

This retreat has been thoughtfully created to feel luxurious, supportive, inspiring and beautifully easy from the moment you book. To ensure everything runs smoothly for all guests, and to protect everyone involved, please take a moment to read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before securing your place.

By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Booking and Contract 

The Reset Room Retreat is operated by Poppy Dunton Consulting Ltd trading as Lempton Ltd / The Reset Room (“the Organiser”).

Your booking is confirmed only once:

  • your deposit or full payment has been successfully received
  • you receive written booking confirmation
  • you have accepted these Terms & Conditions

The Organiser reserves the right to decline or cancel bookings where appropriate.

 

Retreat Details 

The Reset Room Retreat
Lake District
29 September 2026 – 2 October 2026

Arrival from approximately 8:00am Tuesday 29 September 2026
Departure by approximately 9:00am Friday 2 October 2026

Exact arrival details will be confirmed closer to the event.

 

2. Payment Terms 

Retreat pricing is clearly stated at the point of booking.

Flexible payment plans may be offered.

Where a payment plan is selected:

  • instalments must be paid in accordance with the agreed payment schedule
  • all balances must be fully cleared by 31 October 2026
  • attendance will not be permitted where payment remains outstanding

If an instalment payment fails:

  • a grace period of up to 7 days may be allowed
  • the Organiser will make reasonable efforts to contact you
  • continued non-payment may result in cancellation of your booking

3. Deposits

Deposits secure your retreat place, room allocation and associated planning commitments.

Deposits are therefore non-refundable.

Current deposit amounts:

  • Shared retreat space: ÂŁ195
  • Private room booking: ÂŁ295

By booking, you acknowledge and accept that deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances unless the retreat is cancelled by the Organiser.

 

5. Cancellation by Guest 

If you need to cancel your booking, please notify the Organiser in writing as soon as possible.

As this is a boutique retreat with extremely limited spaces, accommodation, catering, staffing and supplier commitments are made in advance.

As such:

  • deposits remain non-refundable
  • refunds beyond the deposit are not guaranteed
  • any refund, transfer or partial credit will be considered solely at the Organiser’s discretion, taking into account committed costs and whether the place can reasonably be refilled

Where a replacement guest is found and approved, the Organiser may, at their discretion, offer a transfer or partial refund less any incurred administrative or supplier costs.

 

6. Transfer of Booking

Bookings may not be transferred, resold or assigned without prior written agreement from the Organiser.

Any approved transfer:

  • must be agreed in writing
  • remains subject to suitability, availability and administration requirements
  • may incur reasonable administrative adjustments

7. Cancellation By Organiser

In the unlikely event that the Organiser must cancel the retreat due to circumstances including but not limited to:

  • illness
  • venue unavailability
  • supplier failure
  • insufficient bookings
  • emergency circumstances
  • force majeure events

the Organiser will provide:

  • a full refund of monies paid to the Organiser

No further compensation shall be payable for associated costs including travel, accommodation extensions, loss of earnings or personal arrangements.

This is why comprehensive travel insurance is required.

 

8. Force Majeure 

The Organiser shall not be liable for cancellation, delay, amendment or disruption caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • severe weather
  • flooding
  • fire
  • natural disasters
  • pandemic or epidemic restrictions
  • government intervention
  • strikes
  • transport disruption
  • utility failure
  • venue closure
  • supplier interruption

Where possible, alternative arrangements may be offered, but cannot be guaranteed.

 

9. Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly required and highly recommended.

This should include cover for:

  • cancellation
  • illness
  • travel disruption
  • emergency circumstances
  • inability to attend

If you are unable to attend due to illness, personal circumstances or travel disruption, any claim should be made via your travel insurance provider.

 

10. HEALTH, MEDICAL & PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY

By attending, you confirm that:

  • you are fit to participate
  • you will disclose relevant medical conditions, injuries, allergies, pregnancy or mobility concerns in advance
  • you take responsibility for your own health, wellbeing and participation choices

The Organiser is not providing medical care, therapy, counselling or clinical treatment.

Guests remain responsible for seeking appropriate professional medical advice where needed.

11. Wellness Activities

The retreat may include optional experiences such as:

  • sound bath sessions
  • walks
  • mindfulness activities
  • hot tub use
  • sauna use
  • optional massage/wellness treatments

Participation is entirely voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.

You are responsible for determining whether participation is suitable for your individual health circumstances.

 

12. FOOD, ALLERGIES & DIETARY REQUIREMENTS

Reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate dietary requirements where disclosed in advance.

However:

  • allergen-free environments cannot be guaranteed
  • guests with serious allergies attend at their own discretion
  • responsibility remains with the individual guest to communicate needs clearly

13. Professional Development and CPD

The retreat may include up to 4 hours of optional reflective professional development conversations, coaching-style educational discussion and facilitated growth content.

This content is provided for general educational and personal development purposes only.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

  • this does not constitute formally accredited CPD
  • attendees remain responsible for their own professional recording requirements
  • the Organiser makes no representation regarding tax treatment, professional claims, business expense eligibility or reimbursement

Guests should seek their own independent financial, tax or professional advice where relevant.

14. Shared Accomodation

Guests selecting shared accommodation acknowledge that this retreat includes shared living and/or sleeping arrangements as part of the chosen retreat experience.

Whilst every effort will be made to create a comfortable, enjoyable and thoughtfully matched environment, room allocation remains entirely at the Organiser’s discretion, and compatibility between guests cannot be guaranteed.

By selecting a shared accommodation option, guests agree to:

  • behave respectfully and considerately towards roommates and fellow guests at all times
  • respect personal boundaries, privacy and differing comfort levels
  • maintain reasonable cleanliness and care within shared spaces
  • be mindful of noise levels, particularly during early mornings and evenings
  • behave in a way that supports the peaceful, safe and enjoyable atmosphere of the retreat for everyone

The Reset Room is designed to feel warm, welcoming and supportive, and guests are expected to contribute positively to that environment.

Where significant interpersonal difficulties, inappropriate behaviour, repeated disruption or conduct affecting the wider guest experience arise, the Organiser reserves the right to intervene, reallocate arrangements where reasonably possible, or in serious circumstances require a guest to leave without refund.

 

15. Guest Conduct 

To protect the experience for all guests, respectful behaviour is expected at all times.

The Organiser reserves the right to remove any guest without refund where behaviour is deemed:

  • abusive
  • aggressive
  • disruptive
  • intoxicated to an unsafe degree
  • inappropriate
  • harassing
  • unsafe for themselves or others

16. Alcohol 

Alcohol may be offered as part of the retreat experience.

Guests remain entirely responsible for their own alcohol consumption and behaviour.

The Organiser accepts no responsibility for consequences arising from excessive or inappropriate alcohol use.

17. Personal Belongings

Guests are responsible for their own belongings at all times.

The Organiser accepts no responsibility for:

  • loss
  • theft
  • damage
  • forgotten items

18. Photography and Filming

Photography and filming may take place during the retreat for marketing, promotional and brand purposes.

By attending, you acknowledge that you may appear in visual content.

If you would prefer not to be included where reasonably possible, please notify the Organiser in advance.

19. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is unlawful.

Otherwise, the Organiser’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the guest for the retreat.

The Organiser shall not be liable for:

  • travel losses
  • missed enjoyment
  • personal financial loss
  • indirect losses
  • personal decisions made following coaching or discussion
  • guest negligence
  • incidents arising from voluntary participation

20. Intellectual Property

Any materials, resources, coaching content, written exercises or retreat resources remain the intellectual property of the Organiser unless otherwise stated.

These may not be copied, distributed, reproduced or shared without permission.


21. Data

Your booking information will be used solely for retreat administration, communication and guest management.

Your details will not be shared unnecessarily with third parties.


22. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
