Welcome to The Reset Room
The Reset Room is a space built on honesty, trust, and real-life understanding.
It’s a place for dental professionals to step out of the pressure of day-to-day work, take a breath, and feel supported — without judgement, expectation, or the need to have everything “together”.
This space is designed to feel:

You are encouraged to show up exactly as you are.
There is no pressure to perform, no expectation to share beyond what feels comfortable, and no “right way” to be part of this space.
The aim is simple - to create an environment where you can feel understood, supported, and able to move forward in a way that feels sustainable for you.
The Reset Room – Terms of Service
This is a small, private, trust-based space please read the following carefully before joining.
By joining The Reset Room, you agree to the following:
Membership & Payment
The Reset Room is a monthly membership billed at £39 per month via Stripe.
A minimum 3-month commitment applies.
After this initial period, membership will continue on a rolling monthly basis, and you are welcome to remain in the space for as long as it continues to support you.
As a founding member, your price is fixed at £39/month and will not increase, even if future pricing changes for new members.
Payments are taken automatically each month via Stripe.
Failure to maintain payment may result in suspension or removal of access.
Cancellation
Following the initial 3-month commitment, cancellation requires a minimum of 30 days’ notice.
Notice must be given in writing via email to:
Your membership will remain active during the notice period.
No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused time.
What’s Included
Your membership includes access to:

One live group coaching session per month (approximately 90 minutes), typically held on the first Monday of each month (subject to change)

A private WhatsApp support space

Access to the Kajabi platform, including resources, tools, and guidance materials

Downloadable content including coping strategies, reflections, and learning resources (uploaded over time — not all content is available immediately)

Bi-monthly guest expert sessions (subject to availability and change)
Live Sessions & Recordings
Sessions are delivered live via Zoom or Kajabi.
Sessions will be recorded and made available for catch-up where possible. Access to recordings is provided for convenience and may be removed at any time.
Session dates and times may occasionally be adjusted where required.
The Reset Room reserves the right to reschedule sessions if necessary.
Guest Experts
Guest speakers may be included on a bi-monthly basis; however, these are subject to availability and may change without notice.
Guest sessions are an added value component and are not guaranteed as a fixed part of the membership.
WhatsApp Support
The WhatsApp group is provided as a supportive space for connection, shared experiences, and in-between support between all members -

Peer support is encouraged, and members may receive responses from other participants
The WhatsApp space is intended for respectful, relevant communication. Any misuse may result in removal from the group.
Nature of Coaching
The Reset Room is a coaching and professional development space designed to support wellbeing, resilience, and career sustainability within dentistry.
It is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or clinical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
All guidance is provided for educational and supportive purposes only.
By joining, you acknowledge that you are participating voluntarily and take full responsibility for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes.
Confidentiality & Community Expectations
Confidentiality is of the utmost importance within The Reset Room.
By joining, you agree:

Not to share, repeat, or disclose any personal information, discussions, or experiences shared by other members

To contribute in a non-judgemental, respectful, and professional manner
This is a space built on trust.
What is shared in The Reset Room stays within The Reset Room.
Any breach of confidentiality or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the membership without refund.
Participation & Responsibility
Members are responsible for their own participation, engagement, and outcomes.
The Reset Room provides support, guidance, and tools — however, results will vary depending on individual circumstances and level of engagement.
This is a commitment-based space designed for ongoing growth and development, not a one-off service.
Access & Delivery
Access to platforms, sessions, and materials is provided for the duration of active membership only.
The Reset Room reserves the right to modify, update, or improve the structure, delivery, or content of the membership at any time in order to enhance the experience.
